The staff was wonderful and took customer service to the next level.
While the location was indeed convenient, finding the entrance to the hotel was a frustrating challenge. It felt like a treasure hunt, especially late at night when the area seemed quiet and less welcoming. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was not efficient. even when set to low, it produced constant noise, making restful sleep difficult.

The room was spacious and stylish, with awesome decor. I loved having a big TV and the bathroom was modern with a sauna—so relaxing! The bed was super comfy, which was great after a long day of exploring. Plus, having a balcony was a sweet bonus! Just a heads up, the WiFi wasn't super reliable, and sometimes you could hear the street noise. But overall, a cool spot to unwind!

The suite was impressively spacious and featured a sauna that added a luxurious touch to our stay. Conveniently located near vibrant markets and various restaurants, the area offered a delightful blend of local culture and cuisine. However, finding the hotel entrance was somewhat challenging, especially at night. Additionally, the WiFi connection proved inconsistent during our stay, and the noise from the street occasionally disturbed our rest.
